Can you add more countries to the filter list? It would be great to have your own country in there.
We are working on adding 10 new countries to the list and should have it done within the next few weeks. The countries we are adding are based on traffic since we want to make sure we have enough users in a particular country so it works well and you don't end up connecting to the same person over and over.

How can i log in?

Why can't I open the chat room site even though everything else works?
You may have been banned for being underage or advertising. If the ban was in error please open a ticket and include your IP address and we will unban you.

How can you see a past conversation that you had with someone?
Currently there is no way to see past conversations as this this is a random chat site and users do not have a profile so there is no way to find past conversations.

Why can't I enter the English site anymore?
This should not happen anymore since we found and fixed the problem. If you still have problems getting into the English version of the site please open a ticket and we will help you fix the problem.

Chat will not open.
Please check your firewall settings. Firewall settings are the reason most people with security error messages are unable to connect.

Different age groups for Chatroulette
We do not have any plans to filter by age group, since this is random chat you are connected with users from all age groups that are over 18.

Removing some countries from list.
It would be great if there were option to remove some countries away from list. Now there is option to choose specific country to chat with, but it would be really great if you can disable some countries too.

Other Balcanic countries in search mode
Is it possible to select Serbian country in search mode ? I would like to chose only persons from this country :) pleaseeeee
